Arman Rousta

Arman is the CEO and Founder of b.labs Ventures, the parent company of 7 Pillars, and also the Founder of Blueliner, an integrated marketing agency located in New York City. He is a serial entrepreneur who uses his trademarked 7 Pillars marketing and management system to build successful companies and startups, with a rich history including ventures such as Ajustco, 401kid and Exeter Technologies. Arman holds degrees in Political Economics and Psychology from Columbia University, where he led the Men’s Soccer Team to an Ivy League Championship and attained Academic All-Ivy Honors. 

Conor Dalton

With a strong background in Social, SEO and Digital Advertising, Conor joined 7 Pillars in 2015 as a Digital Marketing Analyst after relocating to New York from Dublin, Ireland. He is now the company’s Marketing Director with a proven track record of delivering results and executing successful marketing campaigns. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) Degree from University College Cork, an MSc. in Marketing (First Class Honors) from the National University of Ireland, Galway and a Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing from the Digital Marketing Institute.

Soribel Fernandez

With over ten years of experience in international business, Soribel joined the 7 Pillars team as a Marketing Project Manager. With a strong background in process organization, logistics, forecasting, event marketing, planning and international relations, she is committed to delivering great service and addressing each customer’s needs and requests as unique. Soribel has a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Magna Cum Laude, 1997- Universidad Apec, and a Masters in International Business Administration, 2001 – Instituto Tecnologico de Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.

Allison Bajger

Scientist for b.lab Ventures, where she leads scholarship, content and business development for Timebug and 7 Pillars. Before joining the team, she consulted with leading NYC and Boston-based innovation strategy firms on science-backed solutions and revenue growth strategies for fortune 500 clients across industries including Telecom, Healthcare, and Beauty. She specializes in Content Management (CM), User Experience (UX), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM).Allison received her B.A. in Psychology with honors (Summa Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa) from Columbia College and has been a Board Member of the Columbia Alumni Association since 2011. She also holds an M.A., M.Phil., and Ph.D. in Psychology from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Arts and Sciences (GSAS).
